A brilliant thirteen year old schoolgirl becomes hopelessly torn between a handsome European prince and a fifteen year old high school basketball player in this adaptation of Holly-Jane Rahlens novel Prince William, Maximilian Minsky, and Me. Nelly Sue Edelmeister is a skinny junior astronomer with a bright future ahead, but as her bickering parents attempt to coerce her into having a bat mitzvah, all Nelly can think about is making the high school basketball team. Perhaps if high school superstar Max can help Nelly make the team before their upcoming game in Luxembourg, she'll be able to charm her dashing prince charming in person.
